The answer is YES with an Asterix (*)
We spend a lot of time making sure that every day, the numbers are balanced. So students in the Monday class and Tuesday class have someone to partner up with.
We work really hard to make sure that the ratio of leaders and followers is equal. That means we don’t have five leaders or five followers, or whatever the numbers are, just stand around not being able to dance with anyone. So because of that, the first thing and the most important thing is to look at your schedule ahead of time to make sure you’re available for the classes.
Now, sometimes things can be unpredictable and your job says suddenly that you got to work. We’re always here to offer you help and we’ll do our best to make sure that you continue to learn with us if something unexpected happens. But if definitely, you know you’re going to be away on vacation for three weeks and you’re going to miss a bunch of classes, try to plan around that. This makes it easier for you not to stress, and pick a day that works for you, and makes it easier for us to offer everyone a great experience.
You see, sometimes the Tuesday classes and Monday classes and Sunday classes start at their own time and they run for different lengths. So let’s say Tuesday could be six weeks, but Monday could be nine weeks, one-hour long vs Tuesday, six weeks as an hour and a half. So it’s sometimes even hard for us to coordinate based on the material.
So if you pick a date, please do your best to stick with it, so you can have the same teacher, the same volunteers, and the same great experience on that day. Because other days may be a different teacher, different helpers, but it’ll still be great.
All in all, yes, if you’re having trouble, we’ll do our best to transfer you. And if you know your schedule ahead of time and something you know is coming up that is predictable, please tell us and we’ll do our best to help you, make sure that you and everyone else has a great time.
